Major overhaul of three 50 TPH boilers including tube replacement, refractory repair, and safety valve certification.
AMC Contract — Rotating Equipment
Annual maintenance contract for all rotating equipment including pumps, compressors, fans, and drives. 24/7 breakdown support included.
Electrical System Upgrade
Complete upgrade of the HT/LT distribution system, including new VFDs for major motors and SCADA integration for remote monitoring.
Energy Audit & Optimisation
Comprehensive energy audit of the plant resulting in 12% reduction in specific energy consumption through process optimisation recommendations.
